went for my LGT4 ytd.. LTG mtg has been a Gakkai tradition sort of thing and i dunno wat it stands for until only mid of this yr.. LGT = Lets Grow Together.. we have LGT1 & 4 LGT4 means 4 Division.. aiyo.. haha.. so simple budden.. yea
so ytd was our LGT mtg.. it was a direction for us to gear ourselves and our personal district towards 2010 in the year 2007..

Hougang Central Chapter will be officially split to Hougang Central Chapter and Hougang South Chapter.. Congratulations!! so happy.. although my district did not split but still, it shows tt our chapter has grown.. my sis was sayin that district 2 each time filled the mtg place and all was sweating away because the place was too cramped..
so my district will be Hougang South Chapter District 3.. and was announced as district ldr.. although my former district-now chapter ldr will be attached to us, i still feel the stress as the only YWD ldr.. *stress.. haha.. but its a new start.. these changes will take place with effect from dec 2006 onwards.. lookin forward!! hope i wont say wrongly tt i'm from hougang central chapter.. haha.. our dearest Peiru will also be tranferred to Chengsan Zone.. Congrats!! we will miss u.. but like wat u say, we will still meet in the Gakkai.. hope tt by then, i have achieve great growth.. :P
our new Zone chief who has juz been transferred from Tamp, Ben Tan was sharing with us some guidance.. heard from Sin Choo auntie tt last time he totally cant speak chinese but i guess he went to learn in order to be able to contribute much more to kosen-rufu.. *gan dong!!* so he was sayin tt last yr we had our 1,111 camaign.. y SHQ set campaign for us? and it is not correct to juz say oh.. its a target and i have to juz go achieve it.. but each time a target is set, we shld also set personal target.. and he says last time his own resolution was to make his chapter the best in the entire zone.. likewise, we can set target for our district, chapter and for ourselves.. wat we wan to see in our district.. he shared this thing which all of u muz read.. he say tt SHQ sets the target as a gauge of how much we can achieve.. for e.g, 5 Gohonzon conferment per district.. because if we set ourself, we might juz set 1 and ther's no challenge, no breakthru.. therefore, SHQ set it as a nationwide level for us to challenge ourselves and our own district.. not as something tt we are to work as slaves for.. right? right...
he was also very humorous in saying tt we as district ldrs are in the frontline thus able to do many homevisits and as u take on higher responsibility, ur contact with members is not so much and thus not much hmv to do.. thus he say tt if we have any hmv and cannot find other senior ldrs can find him and he'll try his best to go with us.. den one WD shout out :"whats ur HP no.?" haha.. and he gave.. yea.. he's a nice leader.. wans to seek out from him as much as possible.. =)
i designed something for my sis's YWD/WD mtg.. kapo go volunteer.. but i like to use photoshop, even more use my skills to contribute.. =D
